Customer Service Nightmare: The technician did a great job. Nice attention to detail and clean windows at the end of the job. But, the business side left a lot to be desired. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quote was not done in writing and the technician did not know the price. The price at the end of the job ended up being more than originally given. The invoice stated a price but offered no details on how the price was determined. The poor communication between the two sides of this business lead to an unjustified verbal las
