First called a brand name store's service center...got the call center in another country...they couldn't get someone out to even look at the refrigerator for 3 days! FORGET that! Looked for a local business & was pleased with the friendly response from the receptionist (YES, a LIVE person, not voicemail!!!) telling me she could have the tech out within a few hours. He arrived ON TIME and did an excellent evaluation of the problem. His repair estimate was complete, easy to understand, and honest. We ultimately decided against repair
