DO NOT USE! This company is unethical. The owner seems very nice and is very friendly. However, he was unreliable and was unable to produce documents on time. He was unaware of current standards and consistently lied about deadlines. He did give me a home inspection, however, it was done improperly. He flat out lied to me and to my mortgage company and insurance company. My insurance company rejected me, and I am having to have the inspection and more work redone.
