Ordered laundry equipment in June, 2010, sent them $2,960 and was to have received the equipment within the week, as promised. It is now August, 2010 and have not been given any explanation as to why the equipment has not been received nor have I received my money back. Manager, Alex Medrano, will not return my calls.
