After having my brakes checked at another unnamed tire shop, I felt uncomfortable with what they had to say and the amount of money they wanted to charge me. I had a 2nd opinon done at Joel's and was actually shown what was going on and had it explained to me. They not only helped me understand what my car needed, but provided a great price for the work. It was nice to have an honest answer and higher level of service that I had received at other shops.
