Dont trust them!!! William Penn Jewelers claims on their website, they are the highest paying for Gold!!They appraised my gold jewelry at $300. I thought that was low, so I went to another jeweler in Monroeville, they appraised the same gold jewelry at $733.20. I could see if there was $100 difference but a $400 difference is crazy. Customer service isn't the greatest either the sales women that helped me acted as though I was bothering her or was of a lower class since I was selling my gold.
