Went into this shop this afternoon looking for a battery for my bike. The lady came from the back and I tell her what I m looking for. She starts looking thru her parts book and in walks this guy and sits down on the stool and she starts chatting with him (apparently about a job he wants to have done). The next thing I know she is helping him and ignoring me. I stood there about 5 minutes listening to them talk and her searching on the desk now for some paperwork for him and I walked out.
