I recently purchased a blazer at Pink Pump and the first time I wore it, three of the buttons ( decorative, not functional) randomly fell off. Disappointed by the quality, I brought the buttons and jacket back to the store to let them know what had happened. One of the ladies behind the counter, Tamia, was extremely rude. She told me she had the same jacket and so did her friends and they don't have a problem with theirs! She also said it does seem possible that they could of just "fallen off".
