David is a commercial real estate appraiser, in practice for over 30 years. He served as a County Commissioner, overseeing the Lenawee County airport expansion as well as numerous other public projects. His background includes finance, development, construction and valuation. Abraham is a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute, holding the MAI and SRA designations. He is a member of the Colliers Hotel Valuation Specialty Group and is also experienced in the valuation of easements, takings and partial interests. He has served as an expert witness in a variety of valuation cases, and is regularly retained for his expertise in performing market studies, loss in value determinations and feasibility analyses.
