Don Joiner was my service agent at NWA Toyota. I thought that I needed new brake shoes on my Tundra. After 35-45 minutes, Don let me know that my brakes were fine and explained where they were at for future replacement. There was NO charge for looking at my brakes and NWA Toyota washed my car!!! What a dealership. I appreciate their honesty in their dealings and friendliness. There is no doubt that I will continue to bring both of my Toyota vehicles to NWA Toyota. One could not meet a better person than Don Joiner.
