Sold us a dented washer, claimed it was just cosmetic, but hey, it's under warranty they said, so if there's any problems just bring it back. When it failed, they wouldn't take it back, and accused us of damaging the switch and trying to trick them into doing a warranty repair. They wouldn't even take it off the truck to look at it, saying it was obvious that we had damaged it. All we did to the switch ever was press it.
