Incompetence that could have burned my house down. I ran out of oil and could not get the oil burner to start after Anchor Oil came to refill my tank. I called George Hafner; Someone came and got the oil burner running within four hours; however, He used a paper towel to minimally wipe up the puddle of oil that was left on my floor from bleeding the line. After a few days I noticed an expanding puddle of oil on the floor; after removing the cover from the blower I saw that the oil was coming from the bleed screw, which was not properly tightened after bleedin
