I bought a used 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. One of my major objective was to buy a late model car that did not need any new tires. I asked the salesman 3 times if the tires were all season tires. He said yes. I could not afford a car payment and major expenses. After first snowfall after I got stuck in 2" of snow, I was told by a neighbor that my tires were not all season tires and I would need them replaced.
