They seemed busier than I remember, but the whole process was a breeze. I wasn't asked to upgrade my air filters, or my window wipers, or any of that kind of stuff. I read the Guardian while I waited, checked a few things off on my iPhone to-do app, and was out in no time. Was it exactly 10 minutes? I don't know, but if you are in a rush you probably shouldn't be getting your oil changed anyway.
