Metamorphosis does not deserve a rating. The service is poor and the owner/manager lacks customer service and is not deserving of the Lower Mills community. On 1/7/11, I purchased a large bottle of Barefoot Merlot. The bottle was placed in a paper and plastic bag. As I was walking, the bottle fell out of the bottom of the bag and broke at the corner of Adams and Washington Streets (the stop lights). I returned to the store with the defective bag and explained to the owner/manager of what occurred. I stated that the plastic bag was defective. The bag broke directly
