Big Oak came once a week. Two weeks in a row they either broke my clay pots or knocked them over and then tried to hide the fact by blowing the plants and dirt away as if i just had empty plastic pots out. I switched to plastic after they broke the clay ones. I called and left a message that would be classified as very upset. The owner called me back a couple months later after I had moved and called me "a little bitch" for complaining like I did. Worst landscaping company I've ever encountered. Save yourself money and dignity and use someone else.
