I would first like to start off telling everyone to avoid this company on any regards to your insurance needs. I cancelled my insurance with them on 12/13/13 and 4 months later I am still receiving a past due notice for my auto insurance, and they turned me into a debt collection agency for my home owners insurance. When I switched over to American Family Insurance they faxed them a notice of cancellation which should have been all that was ever needed. When that didn't seem to do the job my agent from American Family personally delivered the paper work to them, and g
