We have finaly found REAL BBQ.We host an company get together every year.And each cater we hire promises real bbq.What we've tasted for the most part is grilled meats.Untill last year when we attended an outting at Orange County Park and found THE BBQ Specilists of the Hudson Valley.They had a wood smoker and a charcole roaster.They smoked ribs and briskit and roasted the best chicken i ever did have.So we hired them for our Company Bash! and the food the service made it THE COMPANY BASH!
