Very friendly and understanding of pet grooming and other needs of my pet. when they finished had to take pictures and send to freinds with pets it was great. will be using boarding soon the facilities were great 5 foot by 5 foot rooms with 10 foot outside runs and a large play area. cannot say enough good things about this place. I have had pets groomed and boarded for over 20 years and this place has got to be in the top 3
