When I joined Ncognito Fitness, I was more than 200lbs overweight. I'm only 23yrs old and I wasn't capable of doing any of things most people my age should be able to do. But in the 6 months that I have been there, I've already chipped away 44lbs. With the help of the owner Marcus and his trainers, I'm achieving things that I would have never imagine doing.
