I am a tenant, not an owner and thank God for that. I was assured by my realtor that children were welcome and not a issue. Boy was she wrong. In my complex, a committee member lives close by and monitors everything as if she were a police officer. The neighbors call her "the neighborhood nazi ." We can not wait to move. If you do not have children I do believe that this would be a great place to live. Keep that in mind when considering Windingbrook if children or grandchildren are involved my opinion would be to continue looking.
