PainCare of Santa Cruz and Dr. Charlie Nahm are committed to treating patients with respect and the dignity they deserve. Everyone's pain experience is unique to them and having a chronic pain condition can often lead to a feeling of isolation and hopelessness.  Along side of our patients we will develop an integrated treatment plan that adresses their needs and helps them to focus on taking contol of their pain. Our goal is to assist in the healing process so that they can "Feel Good Again."  Common conditions treated include Back & Neck pain, Sciatica, Disc Disease, Facet Syndrome, Joint pain, Work related injuries, Radiculopthy and Spinal Stenosis.  Procedures performed include Facet injections, Trigger point injections, Epidural and Nerve Blocks, Spinal Cord stimulation trials, and Radiofrequency Ablation.
