Formerly, manager of the Durham Ritz Detail Shop in Durham, NC, I believe in creating an honest environment where I can freely let you know what to expect from your detailing services from me. I will be honest and not overpromise things I cannot do. I will treat you and your vehicle the same way I would want to be treated. Regardless of the extent of the job I am doing for you I will do my best, each and every time. My focus is on the individual customer. I am not trying to get 100 vehicles in my shop this week. My success is measured by seeing the result of my work on my customers face when they pick up their vehicle.My shop is independently operated and locally owned.
