He had been calling my phone back to back I did not immediately notice him calling because my phone was on silent. When I answered he started screaming and cursing at me telling me I gave the insurance company the wrong address for the mechanic and threatening to drop it where he was at or impound it to his lot where "I would have to deal with him." I standing in the middle of a professional business establishment asked him to remain professional and tried to give him the proper address. I had to walk outside due to his continued screaming, cursing, and threats. Aft
