I have been to the cosmoprof in cottonwood heights on two separate occasions. Yet both times visiting this location I have not been welcomed or greeted or had any assistance with finding retail by the employees. When I did ask for some help I was treated very rudely by a young man with an arm tattoo that seemed to be a manager. After attending the location a second time to see if things have changed I was shocked to find they had not. I really enjoy cosmoprof and their wide variety of product selection. The cottonwood heights/fort union location is the closest to me but sad
