I have been to Kess a few times and have seen a different hairstylist each time (I don't make apt.'s, just like to walk in) but I recently saw Heidi and had an amazing haircut, and since my last visit they had changed the dynamics of the salon (I love it!) besides there new look, which is beautiful, i got a wonderful scalp massage before the shampoo (uber relaxing) she did a haircut especially designed for me, i could tell she knew what she was doing and was super confident, I was getting compliment before I even left the salon and when i went
