Okay the gushing aside, I called Sears and they wanted a fortune to fix my mower. I called a local repair that Briggs and Stratton recommended; they couldn't be bothered. So I Googled repairs and luck would have it I found St Johns Sales and Service. The pickup/delivery fee for my mower was so cheap I dare not mention it here and I live in the middle of no where! Bill listened to my mower, gave me a rough estimate and when he got her in the shop he found the tire had a pin hole - completely missed by TIRE KINGDOM - twice. Rather than sell me a new tire he repaired
