The sales guy was very nice. However, after install, my husband and I decided to cancel due to health problems. We called them and they said they could make us a better deal, so we decided to keep it. We had to take up a loan with Puronics through Ameripure and it has been a nightmare!! None of my bills since we bought the water purifying system have been right ( It has been 4 months) !! I have spent DAYS on the phone trying to correct it.
