Review
I went in for a minor puncture wound. The nurse practitioner (Heidy) on duty basically didn't know where any equipment was located. She seemed less than knowledgeable in regard to the wound, and apathetic about it. The "helper" on duty (Kristal) also was clueless in regards to proper medical procedures involving required paperwork. A simple request for paperwork to include all care offered took an astonishing long time. Save yourself the trouble of hassling with "want to be" emergency care and just go to the ER. I will NEVER go there again.
