Clearly the former owner who chose the appliances for my kitchen selected the most unreliable, and Dial One seems to be the only local service. Either their technicians lack basic diagnostic skills, or they're padding the bill with additional parts and visits. On the first visit, you will be asked for an $82.95 call fee, and told that this will be deducted from your final payment.
