We purchased our trailer from this establishment on 8?9/10. It is now 11/5/10 and we still have no registration or license plate. They were quick to cash our check, but not so quick to take care of the motor vehicle issues. Several calls have been made to them over the last 3 months. Each time we are told we will have it in 1 week or 2 weeks. Still no registration or plate. When told the owner that I was angry he proceeded to hang the phone up on me while I was still talking. Great customer service? I would say not.
