JMS did work on my AC in May 2011, they came to my home on 4 different occassions and never got the AC to work. I finally had to hire a new contractor to undo JMS' work. JMS replaced the circuit board which was the wrong one. When the new contractor arrived, he indicated that none of the wires were connected to the circuit board - in fact, JMS had ordered the wrong circuit board so a new one was re-ordered.
