The staff is incredibly friendly and always puts the patient at ease. If one nurse has difficulty getting a pulse or blood pressure reading, he/she asks another to assist or gets the doctor. Mercy is a team effort medical staff. I owe my health recovery to them. I have a chronic disease and it is in remission thanks to my new healthy lifestyle and guidance from Mercy staff.
