I began seeing Dr. Li for chronic insomnia that I have struggled with for four years. I also needed help dealing with stress and anxiety. I have tried numerous sleeping aids and nothing has really helped my insomnia. My goal was to figure out the cause of my insomnia and get off drugs that are not very effective.
