Arthur really listens to you when you talk about what you want in a haircut. He is totally focused on you when you are in the chair. He's not talking a "mile a minute" with his mind in "La La Land." He also does all of his own color and hair treatments, not having an assistant take care of these details, but preferring to retain control over the smallest details.
