Pitchfork Fondue is the premier venue to experience an authentic western outdoor cookout with views of the Wind River Mountains as a backdrop. We hand trim the meat, thread it on a pitchfork, and then cook it to perfection in a large cauldron of hot oil heated by a wood fire. With our delicious sauces for you steak or chicken, freshly homemade potato chips, buffalo brats, baked potatoes, deep-fried onions, fresh green and fruit salads, plus a homemade brownie or lemon bar, this is a meal you will always remember. We also offer colorful vegetarian shish-kebobs and kids' hotdog options. Adult beverages are BYOB. Pitchfork Fondue also offers on site and off site catering and event planning. We will customize the food for your special occasion with our cauldrons, open spit, grills or smoker. Events can be for small personal parties to large events such as weddings
