I dropped off my truck to have it fixed last Tuesday, talked to Rob said he would have it ready by Friday. I asked that he call me and let me know what he found out. Never called. I called on Friday, was told he had been busy but would be working on Sat. I again asked that he called to let me know so I would worry about it all weekend. Never called.
