My major complaint was lower back pain. I've had this for the past 4 months. I would stretch my back and that didn't work. HealthSource has eased the pain and it feels a lot better. I am now doing more and being active. I started exercising. My mom and dad both come to HealthSoure and they recommended me here. They are both in good shape now; I'm hoping I can be more like them. I actually like the people and the work out.
