Heather took my daughter and niece's senior pictures the summer of 2007. She did wonderful work, but after I paid the sitting fee of $400 and placed my order, I never heard anything from her again until March of 2008. By that point, I had to have my daughters pictures retaken by someone else. She said she had a hard drive crash and lost all the pictures and would retake. I e-mailed her dates and never heard from her again. I tried to take her to small claims to get my $800 back, and she never showed up!! So I was out my money and the great pictures %
