Eleven years ago my son expressed a desire to learn Karate and after enrolling him a few months later I also decided to take classes. One of the best decisions I have ever made. This has changed my life for the better in every facet. I have learned so much about myself and how to improve my health, well being, and mental focus, etc. I highly recommend this school to anyone of any age. The students are wonderful and caring people and the owners/instructors are the best around.
