You can wear a baseball cap and sunglasses but not a knit cap. Fluid container size and if you grunt or breathe heavy your told to keep the bodybuilding sounds down. Also, you have to place your dumb bells gently on the padded floor and if you don't, you get spoken to. But you can wear hospital scrubs after you get outta the hospital. That's nasty.... Guess that's to identify medical folks working out if someone gets hurt or passes out. Cancelled my membership and will be going to a more suitable gym. Guess 180 gym is too fancy for me.
