There is a complete lack of customer service at this salon! Upon walking in there was no greeting and the employees were too busy talking to notice us. I wanted a feather in my hair and UROCK was the only place I could find that did this. I picked a feather and paid for it. DANIELLE put the feather in my hair and it immediately fell out. She accidentally cut my hair with the cutter/pliers she crimped the bead with. Big mistake!!! She apologized and put it in another place in my hair. Tell me why would this salon be using pliers, that also cut, on hair? I cann
