BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a HiSun 700 from Killer Motor Sports (KMS) on 4/20/11 & the winch did not function. I completed the online warranty ticket & sent pictures of the pre-installed winch as instructed. First I was told the replacement was on its way. Then I got an email - I had to return the faulty unit first at my expense & a replacement would be sent once the bad one was tested. I complained - the winch never used.
