I took my bow in for a new string and cables. After picking it up, I wasn't happy and took it back for adjustment and insight. I dropped the bow off on a Wednesday saying it is imperative I get it back by next Tuesday to go hunting. After having the bow for 5 days, they hadn't touched it, or called me to let me know the status. I had to go there Tuesday, at the last minute to get the bow, they still hadn't called.
