I called this firm to view a home and they transferred me to an agent by the name of Muhammad. He was very rude and unconcerned. He would not come to the home and he would not give me any information about the house. He told me that the house is being sold as is and he did not have anything to tell me about the house. I informed him that I wanted to make an offer on the house and he said fine.However, he informed me that he was at lunch. I asked him to take my number and call me when he became available. He told me he did not have pen and could not write my number down.I
