If you are looking to do business with American Family, find another agent. Anne Talton is the worst excuse for an insurance agent I have come across. Not only does she consistently make mistakes regarding my policy, when I call to get mistakes resolved she and her staff are far from willing to help me resolve the issues. I know someone who worked for her previously, and he told me she is NEVER in the office, and when she is, she isn't working. If you want an agent who provides quality customer service when you need it, keep looking. You will not not find it w
