I've been working with this company for almost a year, and I'm sorely disappointed with the level of customer service they provide. I've yet to get excited since contacting them initially about servicing our recyclable items at my organization. They have changed managers at least twice in the past year; this, in turn, has caused my organization to take a back seat while the new person has yet to contact me or provide me with requested information. Pick-up requests will go for weeks without a response. This morning I called for a second pick-up request in the past two weeks.
