The manager was NOT HELPFUL and MEAN. We were there on time according to the car he rented us, but he refused to take our rental car in and said that we were late and we will have to pay for one day late fee (plus other services we rented). The manager would be willing to spending the time arguing with the customers rather than helping them out even on the day of thanksgiving. He's not helpful even when we asked him for other solutions. (He really just wanted to kick us out so that he could go home!!! and let the bloody company add unreasonable late fee to any innocent cu
