Stay FAR away from this company! I do not have one single good thing to say about them. They were awful from the time we signed our lease. Before we left the office after signing our lease, we told the lady at the front desk (I think her name is Cathy) that we wanted permission to paint our property. She then responded with, "That isn't my job." It was like pulling teeth to finally get her to get someone else to ask if we could paint our property. We called back two more times and asked if we could paint and they never contacted the owner of the property and
