About
Aikido is a complete martial art consisting of joint locks, throws and strikes (atemi). In our dojo students will learn ukemi (mai & ushiro), empty hand and weapons (bokken, Jo & Tanto) techniques as well as Aikido philosophy and zazen meditation. Sensei has over 10 years teaching experience, is a 3rd Degree Aikido Black Belt, and has studied and continues to study with many of the best Aikido Shihan and Senseis from the U.S. and Japan.
